• Game design and concept development
• Quality assurance and testing

3D Animation & Visual Services

• 3D character modeling and animation
• Environment and prop design
• 3D animated advertisements
• Visual effects (VFX) and motion graphics
• Custom 3D software development

Creative Consulting

• Art direction and game design consultation
• Technical implementation guidance
• Project planning and management

All services are provided on a project-by-project basis as agreed upon in individual contracts.

Our Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software, is the property of Uncaptured Co. and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

Client Project IP

Intellectual property rights for client projects are determined by individual service agreements. Typically:

• Clients retain rights to their project deliverables upon full payment
• Uncaptured Co. may retain rights to use work in portfolios unless otherwise agreed
• Pre-existing tools and technologies remain the property of Uncaptured Co.

Games IP

Our published games (Deviant Mobile, Boda Rush, etc.) and all related content are the exclusive property of Uncaptured Co.

When using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not interfere with or disrupt our services
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Respect the intellectual property rights of Uncaptured Co. and others
• Pay for services as agreed in your contract

Prohibited Activities

• Copying or distributing our content without permission
• Using our services for illegal activities
• Misrepresenting your identity or affiliation
• Attempting to reverse engineer our software or games

Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Uncaptured Co. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from third-party actions
• Issues beyond our reasonable control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

By Uncaptured Co.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:

• Non-payment for services
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Actions that harm our reputation or business

By You

You may terminate your engagement with us by providing written notice as specified in your service agreement.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Licenses granted to you may be revoked
• Confidentiality obligations survive termination

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.

Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, you agree to contact us to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve issues within 30 days.

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Exceptions

Either party may seek injunctive relief in court for intellectual property infringement or confidentiality breaches.
